You’ve taken an exciting step forward by deciding to install new window treatments in your home. As you approach this significant day, we’d like to offer you some valuable insights and tips to ensure you’re fully prepared for the transformation ahead. Here is How It Will Work on Installation Day

Remove Breakables and Furniture

Please remove all breakable items and furniture within 3 feet of the window where the installation will take place, if possible. Keep small children and pets away from the area. If you have any concerns, feel free to call our office to discuss alternative options.

We Will Take Down Shades

Our installers will remove your old window coverings; however, they will not be able to take away the old treatments. If you plan to make any repairs to the wall where the previous treatments were installed, you may want to remove them yourself and patch or paint the area before the installer arrives.

We Remove All Trash

Our installer is dedicated to protecting your home and furnishings during the installation of your window coverings. He will need to move ladders in and out as part of the process. Rest assured, all trash will be removed upon completion of the project.

Our Installation Team Consistently Adheres to Their Planned Schedule

Please be aware that our installer operates on a strict schedule. It's important to be available during the time the installer has scheduled with you. For everyone's safety, no one under the age of 18 should be left alone in the home while the installer is working. Thank you for your cooperation.

We Teach You How to Care and Operate Your New Window Coverings

Before leaving, our installer will demonstrate the proper operation and maintenance of your window coverings. This review ensures you understand how to use and care for your new products, helping you enjoy their beauty and functionality for years to come.
